Every screen is designed to convert, then the prototype is tested and validated by real users.
We settle all of this before writing a single line of code.
Before talking solutions, we listen. We understand your business and put a figure on your project. Free, no commitment.
The phase most agencies skim over. We de-risk everything, before writing a line of code.
Every screen of your app, designed to convert, including the ones everyone forgets.
Three workstreams run in parallel: the server, the app, the website.
Your app goes through real hands before reaching those of your users.
Legal, compliance, ASO: we handle the home stretch all the way to the “Download” button.
A published app is not an app that takes off. We stay by your side to keep it alive, and growing.
Real projects, in production.
Under NDA: domains and technologies, no visuals. Full back-offices included.
Two founders who scope, run and deliver your project, backed by a network of experts.

The real question isn’t the sticker price, but what you get, and what it costs if it fails.
Specs written from your pitch, with a bit of AI.
The apps on the market, their negative reviews, what users are missing.
The problem people actually talk about, in their own words.
The first screens drive action, not just discovery.
We code what is written.
A page that presents the app, and the tool to run it.
Terms, privacy, legal notice: ready for submission.
Title, subtitle and description on the keywords your customers type.
The app is on the stores. End of mission.
Listing visuals that drive installs, not just views.
The app keeps improving: real data, acquisition, marketing.
Development is only one step out of seven. What happens before and after decides what the app earns.
| Criterion | Riviera Flow | The rest of the market | Yourself, with AI |
|---|---|---|---|
| Point of contact | A senior founder, start to finish | A single, quickly overloaded profile, or a project manager and a time difference | You alone with the tool, no outside eye, no product experience |
| Experience level | 100% senior | Variable, often single-skill, or juniors doing the work | The AI suggests, nobody decides: bad choices only show up in production |
| Price | Fixed quote, zero overrun | Billed by the hour, frequent add-ons | Almost free to start, but weeks of your time, and everything to redo when it breaks |
| Technology | Kotlin Multiplatform, SwiftUI and Jetpack Compose | Low-cost cross-platform, or whatever the available profile knows | What the tool can do: wrapped web, rarely native, invisible technical debt |
| Store release | Submission, listings, ASO and legal pages handled | Delivered, rarely optimized | Developer account, Apple review, listing, legal: learned on the fly, frequent rejections |
| After launch | Long-term maintenance and evolutions | Support hard to reach | Every bug, iOS update or change in the tool is on you |
| Code ownership | The code is yours, zero lock-in | Often locked | Often tied to the platform (hosting, database), hard to leave |
The price agreed after the audit is the final price. No add-ons, no surprises along the way. The budget risk is on our side, not yours.
“A fixed quote: the assurance you won’t pay twice.”
Book a free call →Book a slot. You leave with something concrete, not a sales pitch.
And if yours isn’t here, ask it during the free audit. A straight answer, no detours.
The cost depends on the functional scope and complexity. At Riviera Flow, projects start at a five-figure investment.
We don’t publish a price list because a range means nothing until the scope is set. The quote is fixed, established after a free 1-hour audit, with no hidden add-ons.
Phase by phase, never all at once. Each phase is paid 50% at kick-off and 50% on delivery.
Only the Build phase, the longest one, is split more finely: 40% at kick-off, then 30% and 30% along the way.
So you only pay for what has been delivered, and you can stop at the end of any phase without owing anything for what follows.
Between 6 and 16 weeks depending on complexity. Everything is scoped from the audit, with a provisional schedule and sign-off points.
A fixed quote, no commitment. Then you decide: we don’t send a salesperson to chase you.
The Riviera Flow quote covers design and development. A few costs that belong to you remain on your side.
Developer accounts first: a one-time $25 for Google Play, $99 a year for Apple.
Then infrastructure: Firebase is free up to a certain usage volume and then billed by usage, and some third-party APIs become paid in production (vehicle identification from a license plate, maps, verification SMS, transactional emails…).
Count the domain name and website hosting too, in the order of a few dozen euros a year. Also plan for a maintenance package if you want us by your side after launch, and a marketing budget if acquisition is part of the plan (viral video production, paid advertising…).
One item that is often forgotten: the stores’ commission on in-app purchases, 15% up to $1 million in annual revenue and 30% beyond.
Everything is priced during the audit, line by line, with no surprises along the way.
No, it’s actually the normal situation. The specification is our job, not yours: we write it with you over the course of scoping and discovery.
You come with a problem to solve and what it should change for your users. You leave with a scope that is written down, priced and approved by you. If you already have a document, it serves as a starting point.
You do, entirely. Full transfer of intellectual property rights: source code, design, content.
No technical lock, no dependency on us. If one day you decide to continue with another team, they pick up the project as is.
A single point of contact, from scoping to production. The same person follows your project from start to finish: you never explain it twice.
Behind them, the experts each step in on their own ground: design, architecture, back-end. You can talk to them directly when it makes sense, typically to settle a design question.
It depends on your requirements and those of your customers. We pick what suits you best: the simplest, least expensive solution that ticks your constraints, decided from scoping.
Our tools of choice are Firebase and Supabase, with the database pinned to a European region. If your constraints go further, strictly European hosting or a regulated industry, we go with custom infrastructure or the tool of your choice.
The rest goes without saying: encryption in transit and at rest, named access, and GDPR compliance handled from the start of the project rather than as a catch-up before launch.
We do, end to end: store listings, screenshots, ASO, submission, back-and-forth with Apple and Google until approval.
You only have one thing to do: open the developer accounts in your name, because they must belong to you. We provide written and video tutorials that walk you through it, step by step.
Allow 1 to 2 weeks for the publishing phase. Apple review usually takes 24 to 48 hours once the app is submitted. If it’s rejected, we fix and resubmit.
Yes. Audit of the code and architecture, then a fixed quote for the takeover: UI/UX redesign if needed, progressive migration with no service interruption. This also applies to prototypes built with AI (“vibe-coded”): these tools get you very quickly to a working demo, but going to production takes something else: data security, account management, performance on real volumes, GDPR compliance and App Store and Play Store rules. We start from what exists, keep what’s good, and rebuild cleanly what won’t hold up under load. The audit tells you frankly what can be salvaged and what can’t.
The real question isn’t the sticker price, but what you get, and what it costs if it fails.
A lone freelancer: a single, quickly overloaded profile, often single-skill. Billed by the hour, with frequent overruns. After launch, everything depends on their availability.
An offshore agency: a project manager and a time difference, juniors doing the work, a low advertised price then hidden add-ons. Often low-cost cross-platform, and locked code.
Riviera Flow: a single senior point of contact from start to finish, a fixed quote with no overrun, native iOS and Android with Kotlin Multiplatform, long-term maintenance, and code that belongs to you.
Kotlin Multiplatform (KMP) lets us share a single Kotlin codebase for the business logic between iOS and Android, while keeping a 100% native interface (SwiftUI on iOS, Jetpack Compose on Android).
You get native performance and rendering, without the compromises of React Native or Flutter, while reducing the cost and duration of maintenance compared to two native apps developed separately.
Maintenance, A/B testing, growth: we remain your long-term partner. Dedicated maintenance package.
The studio is based in Antibes, on the French Riviera (Sophia Antipolis technology park), but 100% of the process is remote-friendly. We support clients all over the world.
Yes, on request. NDA signed before the first conversation.
